A severe thunderstorm came through on a Friday night and ripped shingles off two sections of our roof. By Saturday morning water was dripping into the attic. Five Star had a crew out before noon. They tarped the exposed sections, set up fans in the attic to dry the insulation, and had a full roof repair scheduled for the following week. They also took photos of everything and sent the documentation to our Allstate adjuster before we even had to ask. Really solid work under pressure.

We had a hailstorm come through that dented the gutters and cracked a bunch of shingles on the back side of the roof. We could not even see most of the damage from the ground.
