When Damage Can't Wait

A supply line behind the washing machine failed late on a Sunday and water flooded the laundry room and spread into the hallway and bedroom next to it. We called Five Star that night and they had a crew out within the hour with extraction equipment and fans. They pulled up the wet flooring and ran moisture meters through the walls to find where it had traveled. The whole area was dry and documented within five days. Our Farmers adjuster came out and said the damage report was exactly what she needed.

During the last wildfire evacuation we came home to a house that smelled heavily of smoke. The air quality outside had been bad for days and it had gotten into the HVAC and throughout the house.
