When Damage Can't Wait

Our water heater failed while we were at work and by the time we got home the utility room and the adjoining family room had standing water across the floor. Five Star came out within an hour of our call. They extracted all the water, pulled up the damaged laminate, and found that moisture had wicked up into the drywall further than we could see.
